oh and i quit silvercity after 5 shifts lol. and two of them weren't even working shifts they were like orientation/training/policies stuff. wow i really hated their unflexible schedule of like 39.5 hours a week which is considered PARTTIME and oh look so conveniently under 40 hours eh so no over time. what happened to 20 hrs/week. its all bs because no one wants to work there like 20 ppl quit and they could only hire 8 to replace.... wat the hell kind of a manager tells me to go back to my other boss and ask for more flexibility? inder gives enough flexibility thank u very much and he pays me much higher, so for 8$ an hour at silvercity, the answer is no. i am not cut out for fast food. i am not 15 years old. .
got offered an interview at starbucks for next week, but i turned it down because they want me to work in september daytime so yeah obviously i have school. i dont wanna be mean and quit half way thru august if i woulda gotten that job (i'm going to detroit by the way) so i might as well apply again in march/april. thats my employment story of the moment. so yeah in conclusion. riverside it is. free schedule, free time, free food, free liquor, and free money sometimes.
